Our restaurant is located in"Furui-Machinami" which is a main
sightseeing spot of Hida Takayama.To create comfortable space for our customers,
we renovated an old traditional Japanese house with keeping its traditional
atmosphere.
We offer seasonal vegetables, fresh sea food, and very popular “Hida-gyu”
(well-known as “Hida Beef”) with French-Japanese cuisine by Teppan-yaki
style.
"Teppan-yaki" is a way of Japanese cuisine by cooking on a hot
iron griddle in front of you.Please comfortably enjoy our fine meals together
with a wide variety of wine selection as well as local sake.
We are looking forward to your visit at our restaurant.
